The Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) programme is designed to nurture and develop enterprising and competent Human Resource personnel. This programme will assist future HR practitioners to meet challenges faced by the organisations towards higher productivity, systematic management and building core performance competencies required for business strategy and organizational development. Upon successful completion of this programme, participants will be able to:

 

  • acquire overall knowledge of HRM and modern techniques in the field,
  • understand and apply Behavioural Sciences approaches in organizational behaviour, culture and development for the purpose of achieving organizational objectives,
  • understand the potential of the people in an organisation and strategically align the human resource to gauge optimum productivity,
  • understand and practice the labour laws governing contractual relationship accountability in the working environment.
