The BACHELOR OF ARTS (HONS) IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS from the University of East London (UEL) is the same programme offered by the university in its London campus.  In United Kingdom the programme is audited by UK's Quality Assurance Agency (QAA).  Students can complete the entire programme in Stamford or study part of it here and part in the home campus of UEL in London.  In Stamford, the course is taught under the strict supervision of the university and in accordance with local regulatory conditions.

International Business Major introduces you to the latest business concepts and management techniques which have application specially in the international business arena.  The core objectives of the programme are to:

         Provides a broad understanding of business and management practices, and an appreciation of the contexts in which they occur and take effect;

         Facilitate students in gaining information, knowledge and expertise relevant to international business practices or environments;

         Meet the needs of a broad range of students from different socio-economic status and cultural backgrounds through provision of flexible and responsive study patterns; and

         Prepare students for employment through the provision of vocational guidance and counseling, placement opportunities, if available, and relevant transferrable skills.

         The International Business Studies area is therefore multi-disciplinary in nature.  As a result it can lead to many possible careers.

 

Requirement

         Stamford¨s Foundation Studies in Business (FSB) and other recognized equivalent qualifications such as A-Levels/STPM with 2 principal passes.

         UEC with 5 credits
